🎥 Proof Required

To process a return due to product fault, you must record a video while opening the package.

The video must clearly show:

The unopened package

The product being opened and removed

The issue or defect

This video is required as proof that the issue was caused by us.
🛠️ If It’s Our Fault

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is clearly shown in the video:

We will accept the return at our expense.

A replacement or full refund will be issued once we receive the returned product.

❌ If You Just Change Your Mind

If you no longer want the product, or simply don’t like it:

You can return it at your own cost.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

You must ship it back to our location, and once we receive and inspect it, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping fees).
