We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help — under the following conditions:

Return Window

  • Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

🎥 Proof Required

  • To process a return due to product fault, you must record a video while opening the package.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The unopened package

    • The product being opened and removed

    • The issue or defect

  • This video is required as proof that the issue was caused by us.

🛠️ If It’s Our Fault

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is clearly shown in the video:

    • We will accept the return at our expense.

    • A replacement or full refund will be issued once we receive the returned product.

If You Just Change Your Mind

  • If you no longer want the product, or simply don’t like it:

    • You can return it at your own cost.

    • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

    • You must ship it back to our location, and once we receive and inspect it, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping fees).
